Megan Fox Botox Pictures Court Controversy

Megan Fox’s smoldering good looks have arguably won her an array of movie roles, including the lead babe in Transformers and bad girl in Jennifer’s Body. Both on and off screen, Megan’s pouty lips, piercing eyes, and flawless skin have gained her a notable amount of attention, with comparisons even being drawn to beauty icon Angelina Jolie. But back to Megan—speculation regarding her cosmetic enhancement has risen throughout her track to fame. Some claim that the actress’ has had multiple BOTOX Cosmetic® injections, an eye lift, and a rhinoplasty. Before and after photos litter the internet, but Megan has repeatedly denied any such allegations. Recently, Megan sought to prove some of those rumors false once and for all with a revealing self portrait.

The photograph shows Megan with a concerned expression on her face, one that is best described as a cross between concern and exasperation. In any case, she furrowed her brow in a way that would cause wrinkles in most people’s foreheads. She posted the photograph to her Facebook, with the caption: “See? Wrinkles?” Apparently, she was aiming to prove that she was Botox-free. Word of Megan’s supposedly evidential photograph made waves on the internet, and critics were quick to respond. And that’s when the Megan Fox Botox controversy blew up in the starlet’s flawless face.

Many claimed that the Megan’s photograph is clearly edited using a program such as Photoshop. The wrinkles in Megan’s forehead do not match the pattern regularly seen in forehead wrinkles. When the brow is furrowed, wrinkles and fine lines usually appear in a vertical manner. Megan’s photo shows horizontal wrinkles that would typically appear when someone is raising their brows instead of drawing them together.

"The photo looks altered,” said plastic surgeon Vince Afsahi. “The muscles in the forehead do not usually create an arc-like pattern seen in the photo. Anatomically [it] does not makes sense.”

It’s safe to conclude that Megan has probably had some type of injectable injected into her face: Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, and Restylane are all likely candidates that treat the appearance of wrinkles and make the face appear more youthful. Although Megan is only twenty-five years old, these injectables have likely given her the extremely taut and smooth appearance that is evident in her non-Photoshopped photos. It also looks as if Megan has some sort of filler injected into her lips.

It seems as though Megan Fox’s attempt at deterring the Botox rumors ended up backfiring. But does it even make a difference that she drew more attention to her lack of wrinkles? Most media sources have penned Megan as a plastic surgery and Botox fan for some time, and it’s unlikely that her fan base has drastically changed because of those allegations.
